Since May 25th, 2018, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into force in order for users to better control use of personal data’s.

MODALIS is very sensitive to data protections. In order to comply with the new E.U regulation, we remind you that our database contains information about the identity of your company, your e-mails addresses, names, surnames, positions, telephone details of employees and is excluding all other information.

 All information allowing to establish the proof of a right or a contract, collected to comply with laws and regulations, can be saved and subjected to data archiving policy. This in accordance with the provision in forces.

 This file is managed in confidentiality by Modalis. We ensure and respect your privacy. We will never borrow, rent nor sale these data’s. You have the right to access, modify or delete private data’s and if needed data portability.
